A reduced load limit is in place on Hampden Bridge. Heavy vehicles over 23 tonnes are restricted from using the bridge and will need to plan a suitable detour. All other vehicles will not be affected and can continue to use the bridge. Emergency services vehicles over 23 tonnes will still be able to use the bridge at all times. Heavy Vehicle operators of Class 1,2, and 3 vehicles travelling under notice must consult their relevant enforceable network map to confirm a suitable and approved detour route.
