This inbox is for OzIncidents website enquiries and corrections. It is not an emergency reporting channel and is not continuously monitored. Contact the appropriate emergency service or responsible agency for urgent assistance or incident updates.

OzIncidents is operated by independent developers. We use this address for general enquiries, technical issues, correction requests and privacy questions.
Report a display error or request a correction
Include the following, where available:
- The OzIncidents page URL or incident identifier.
- What appears incorrect: for example, a location, timestamp, status label, missing attribution or broken link.
- A link to the relevant official publication and the time you checked it.
- A short explanation of the correction you believe is needed.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information, private medical details or precise personal whereabouts. We do not need these to investigate a website display issue.
How we handle a report
We review the information you provide against the available publisher record and our stored collection history. A correction may involve fixing how we parse or display a report. If the issue originates in the official publication, we may need to refer you to that agency; we cannot change the agency’s original report.
We cannot promise a response time or the outcome of a request. Do not wait for our reply before checking an official warning or seeking assistance.
